Established in Europe in 1970, Fiducial entered the U.S. market in the late 1990s through a series of strategic acquisitions. After more than five years of providing a one-stop shopping experience to its clients, privately held Fiducial is currently the twenty-fifth largest accounting firm in the U.S. and the thirteenth largest in the world with annual revenues exceeding $1,226 million. The Fiducial network has over 15,100 employees and includes a law firm and an office supply and furniture company.
Fiducial has a worldwide presence through its European and American subsidiaries and with its affiliation with the Fiducial International Network, a global association of almost 1,800 members and correspondents in 77 countries all who share the same concept of providing multi-disciplinary services for individuals and small businesses. Fiducial owns an additional 500 European offices throughout France, Belgium and Switzerland and has independently-owned international offices in Canada, Ireland, Thailand, The Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei, Puerto Rico, Portugal and the Dominican Republic.
These multidisciplinary offerings cover everything a small business owner would need: bookkeeping and tax return preparation, audit and reviews, payroll, legal, financial and tax advice, accounting systems, information technology consulting and hardware maintenance. The company also includes Sofiral, a law firm, and SACI, a seller of office supplies and furniture.
Now in its fifth year of providing a one-stop shopping experience to its U.S. clients, Fiducial has firmly established the business model to carry out its vision of becoming the premier outsourcing company for small businesses: the combining of the warm, strong contact of neighborhood professionals with the efficiency of today's technology and offering an array of services along 8 business lines: Accounting and Financial Reporting, Payroll, Tax, Business Counseling, Financial Management, HR, IT and Legal Services.
In the early 2000, the company began work on its ESolutions technology
platform that would become the foundation of its integrated collaborative
workspace. In 2003, Fiducial introduced a product that would make what
was once a dream a reality. Our Payroll Module would enable a business
owner to complete an entire payrollfrom timesheets to keypunching
to payment of taxes to employee payroll deposits or checksat push
of a button. And in 2004, we made tremendous strides in the financial services arena
by becoming our own broker-dealer and a mortgage lender.
