Meet Our Acquisitions Team

Bill Morice—Originally from Washington, D.C., Bill Morice joined the Fiducial Network after Fiducial acquired Century Small Business Solutions in November 2000. He owned a General Business Services franchise for 10 years before GBS became part of this legacy group through Fiducial’s acquisition of Century.

Morice earned a BS in electrical engineering at the University of Maryland at College Park and his MBA from Emory University in Atlanta. He studied control systems engineering and later applied those same principles to economic models in finance and logistics. He’s a great believer in systems which provides the foundation upon which Fiducial is built.

As Fiducial’s director of field operations based at the company’s Technical and Administrative Support Center (TASC) in Columbia, MD, Bill is involved with helping Fiducial grow through client retention, referrals and local marketing efforts. On the personnel front, he has a hand in such issues as compensation, evaluation, productivity and overall staffing levels.  He also leads the acquisition team handling the acquisition of new company owned operations as well as the conversion of newly acquired company owned offices from their existing systems and procedures to Fiducial’s systems and procedures.
